  • Friday January 29, 20108:00pm – I FURIOSI - “IF’s New BFF – Confidante. One entrusted by A with the secrets of B confided to herself by C.” (Ambrose Bierce) If Paris Hilton can do it, so can we. Guests: Patricia Ahern, violin; Cristina Zacharias, violin.
  • Tuesday February 23, 20107:00pm – TORONTO CHILDREN’S CHORUS – Schumann’s song cycle Mädchen lieder, music by Mendelssohn, Purcell, Handel and Canadian composer Imant Raminsh. Admission by donation (all proceeds go to the Chorus’ Bursary Fund).
  • Friday March 19, 20107:00pm. CELEBRATE SPRING’S ARRIVAL at the CHOIR CABARET Friday, March 19 at 7pm. Dessert & coffee and much music; proceeds will go to the Churches-On-The-Hill food bank (suggested donation - $10.00)
  • Saturday March 20, 20108:00pm – I FURIOSI - “The Noiseless Foot of Time” – Despite all advances in technology and scientific thought, there remains an uncapturable dimension. Time flees and drags and we can do nothing to control it. I FURIOSI is joined by lutenist Lucas Harris in this adventure through the time/space continuum.
  • Saturday March 27, 20107:30pm – Greater Toronto Philharmonic Orchestra - Sara John – conductor; Stacey Clark soprano, Entela Galanxhi violin. Program: W.A.Mozart : Magic Flute - Overture , K 620; E.Grieg : Peer Gynt - Suite No.1, op.46; A.Vivaldi : Spring - Concerto No.1 in E maj, Op. 8 - from 4 Seasons; J.Strauss : Frühlingsstimmen ("Voices of Spring") op. 410; G.Puccini : Quando me'n vo'soletta - from La Boheme; O Mio Babbino Caro - from Gianni Schicchi; Vissi D'arte - from Tosca; J.Brahms : Hungarian Dances (1,3,5,10)
  • Tuesday April 13, 20107:00pm – TORONTO CHILDREN’S CHORUS – Music from around the world, including Canada, New Zealand, Africa and South America. Admission by donation (all proceeds go to the Chorus’ Bursary Fund).
  • Saturday June 5, 20108:00pm – I FURIOSI - “I (Furiosi) Declare War” – As Guantanamo Bay closes and secret operations are shut down world wide, I FURIOSI will bring back the glory days of major battles and horrified, anxious soldiers. American civilian trumpet player Kris Kwapis appears with the group by order of the Court Martial. Guests: Kris Kwapis, baroque trumpet; Olivier Fortin, harpsichord.
